Email with the SKU image they previewed (if consented) plus dimensions. Remind them of delivery window — preview handled fit; logistics closes the sale.

Post-purchase
Preview is pre-purchase for most stores. Cross-sell “complete the room” emails can link to complementary SKUs with preview, but prioritize reducing returns on the original order first.
