When do I get charged?

New accounts get 50 free previews. After that, Starter (£39 / 80 included), Growth (£69 / 250), or Pro (£99 / 500) include a monthly pool; extra finished composites are 10p per room preview ($0.14 via Shopify) (£0.10) each. Enterprise is custom pricing via sales. Opening the widget does not bill.

Is there a commission on sales?

Not on Starter, Growth, or Pro. Extra previews are 10p per room preview ($0.14 via Shopify). Enterprise is quoted separately. No sales commission.

What is included for £0 setup?

Account access, domain registration in our system, widget install snippets, and the usage dashboard. You add the script to your theme; you only pay as shoppers interact with the widget.

Do you have an Enterprise plan?

Yes. Custom pricing for large catalogs, multi-site groups, and contracted included pools. There is no public monthly fee. Book a call or WhatsApp sales — Enterprise is not sold through Stripe checkout.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel from your dashboard — no retention call. Usage billing stops when the widget is removed or your account is closed.

How quickly will I see results?
