When do I get charged?

After your 50 free room previews, choose Starter, Growth, or Pro. Included gens are in the monthly fee; extra finished composites are 10p per room preview ($0.14 via Shopify) (£0.10). Current merchants with 500 free previews keep that pool. Tapping the widget alone does not bill.

Is there a setup fee?

No. There is no upfront setup fee. New accounts get 50 free previews, then a monthly plan with included gens and 10p overage.

Are there monthly platform fees?

Yes after the 50-preview trial: Starter £39, Growth £69, or Pro £99, with included previews and 10p overage. Enterprise is custom pricing via sales. Merchants already on a 500-free pool keep pay-as-you-go after those credits.

How do I install the widget?

Copy the jsDelivr snippet from your dashboard and paste it before on your product template (Magento, Woo, custom), use BigCommerce Script Manager, or install the Shopify app. Most merchants validate on one staging product in about five minutes.

Do you have an Enterprise plan?

Yes. Enterprise is custom pricing for large catalogs, multi-site groups, and contracted included pools. There is no public monthly fee — book a call or WhatsApp sales. It is not sold through self-serve Stripe checkout.
