Terms of Service

1. The Service

AI Furniture provides an embeddable widget that lets shoppers preview furniture in their room using AI. For Shopify merchants, we provide an app and theme extension to install and configure the widget. Pricing is generally pay-per-use (10p per preview ($0.13 USD via Shopify) for billable widget clicks unless otherwise agreed in writing).

2. Accounts and eligibility

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
• You must add a valid payment method at signup where required. Usage fees may be charged to that payment method.
• You must have authority to bind the business whose store you connect.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with the Service
• Upload content you do not have rights to use
• Misrepresent AI-generated previews as guaranteed real-world outcomes

4. Billing

Fees are based on billable widget usage and any plan terms shown at signup or in your dashboard. You authorise us and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge your saved payment method. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may update pricing with reasonable notice where required by law or contract.

5. Shopify

Use of the Shopify app is also subject to Shopify's terms and policies. If you uninstall the app or revoke permissions, some features may stop working. You are responsible for configuring the theme block and Domain ID correctly.

6. Intellectual property

We retain rights in the Service, software, and branding. You retain rights in your store content. You grant us a limited licence to use store and product data solely to operate the Service for your account.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". AI previews are illustrative and may not exactly match real-world appearance, scale, or colour. We do not guarantee specific conversion or revenue outcomes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Furniture is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, or abuse. Provisions that by nature should survive (billing owed, liability limits, governing law) will survive termination.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
